2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ in nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding respondents to grant /tender the same benefits to the petitioners which has been granted by the Hon'ble High Court to one Shiv Murti Tiwary in C.W.J.C. No. 15436/2008 by a bench of this

Patna High Court CWJC No.1578 of 2015 dt.13-08-2018 2/2 Hon'ble High Court on 5/06/2014 because the petitioner case is similar to Shiv Murti Tiwary or for any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner is entitled too."

3. In view of the pleadings on record, it appears that the admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. However, if the petitioner finds that any further dues have remained unpaid, he shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 7. If the same is done within four weeks from today, the respondent no. 7 shall get the same verified and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If it transpires that further payment if required to be made to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid within four weeks from the date of passing of the order by the authorities concerned, in accordance with law.
