JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned AC to AG, appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate authority/ forum for redressal of his surviving valid claims with respect to the lands in question, which were originally belonging to the petitioner and now have been acquired under the provisions of The Land Acquisition Act, 1894. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
