2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 02.02.2009 passed in CWJC No. 1556 of 2009.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party Nos. 2 and 3, Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 23.01.2019 passed by the Chief Engineer, Irrigation Creation, Water Resources

Patna High Court MJC No.2570 of 2016 dt.18-04-2019 2/2 Department, Siwan discloses that all the consequential monetary benefits of 2nd ACP including the differences of post retirement benefits have already been paid to the petitioner by a speaking order and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts that the order of this Court has been complied.
