JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Karja P.S. Case No. 88 of 2012 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 332 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier vide order dated 01.08.2019, report was called for, from the court below and the same has been received. From the report it appears that out of eleven chargesheeted witnesses, six witnesses have been examined by the prosecution. Remaining five witnesses including the I.O. and Doctor are yet to be examined by the prosecution. At least four months are required for conclusion of the trial. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46662 of 2019(3) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 Karja P.S. Case No. 88 of 2012 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 332 of 2018. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within nine months from today.
