JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the O.P. Nos. 2 and 3 vide order dated 20.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19593 of 2018. the sole ground for cancellation of bail is that in the injury report name of the injured is correct, but his age, parentage and address has wrongly been mentioned and on the request of the informant that has been corrected. However, he admits that corrected injury report, at the time of granting bail, was not available.
