JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 80 of 1997, G.R. No. 929 of 1997, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. As per complaint petition, on the basis of which FIR was registered, there is allegation that son of the informant had gone along with others in Punjab and thereafter his lagauge was sent to the house of informant but son of informant had not returned and on query it was found that accused persons killed his son and concealed his dead body. Case is of the year 1997. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that in this case final form was submitted against the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56796 of 2019(3) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 but on protest cognizance has been taken against them in the year 2007 but as no process has been issued against as such them they could not appear earlier.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioners to surrender within a period of three weeks from the receipt of this order and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of above submission and considering the same the court below shall pass an appropriate order.
