The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner, as per F.I.R is that on 18.06.2019 at about 10:00 A.M., while the informant was cooking meal, this petitioner being her step son came and confined her husband Abdul Samad in a room and he along with his brother Md. Sonu thrashed the informant on surface and tried to outrage

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is step son of the informant. The petitioner and the informant live under the roof of one dwelling house and there is a dispute between the family members. The injury caused to the informant has been found to be simple in nature. Moreover, co-accused Md. Sonu has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 02.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55071 of 2019. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Narhat P.S. Case
