The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and is in custody in a case under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.
Two co-accused, namely, Kalamuddin Mian @ Md. Kalamuddin and Imran Mian @ Md. Imran have been admitted to bail by a Bench of this Court, as appears noted down in the order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39009 of 2014.

The petitioner shall furnish a bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 490 of 2014, arising out of Sikta P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014.
