2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per allegation, when the informant with his police team was returning from his patrolling duty on 23.04.2024 at 3.30 AM, he saw that two persons were crossing Balam river with 'Bara' on their head. On seeing police, they started fleeing away but one person was caught. On search, total 72 litres of liquor was recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated and he is in custody since 23.04.2024.
5. Considering the nature of allegation as well as period of incarceration, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise Act, Jhanjharpur in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
(ii) If the petitioner is found involved in future in the similar type of offence, the prosecution will have liberty to file an application before the court below for cancellation of the bail of the petitioners and the learned court below will take decision in accordance with law.
