The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 23.3.2013 passed by the Munsif-1st Class, Buxar-cum-Election Tribunal, Buxar whereby he has allowed the application filed by the respondent no. 6 requiring the production of the voter list, the ballot box as well as the records of concerned election. In my opinion, there is absolutely no illegality in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10075 of 2013 (2) dt.18-12-2015 order of the Election Tribunal in directing production of the records relatable to the election for the Election Tribunal is fully empowered to pass any such order.

Not finding any infirmity in the order passed by the Election Tribunal warranting interference, this writ petition is disposed of.
