The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Radhe Shyam Chaubey, father of the victim-Shakshi Prabha, disclosed that his relatives Tunmun Devi @ Sapna Devi and Chunmun Devi @ Sandhya Devi with the help of Mazhar Hussain Ansari, kidnapped his daughter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Shakshi Prabha solemnized marriage with one Ibrar Ansari as the same would appear from Annexure 2. The victim disclosed that her Phupheri sisters took her in a Maruti car and kept her confined in a room. 5-6 persons are also guarding there with rifle. Md. Mazhar Hussain Ansari was also present there. They were

It is submitted that the police is still investigating the case against Tunmun Devi @ Sapna Devi and Chunmun Devi. The petitioner has no role in kidnapping the daughter of the informant and taking her in Maruti car. Petitioner is in jail since 19.6.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.183 of 2013.
