JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2022 After some arguments, the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, however, prays that liberty be granted to the petitioner to agitate his grievances before the respondent- State Authorities.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however with the aforesaid liberty. At this juncture, the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that in other Districts except the District of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5891 of 2015(5) dt.19-07-2022 2/2 Katihar, compassionate appointments in lieu of the death of the original Stamp Vendor are being made. If this be true, the State Authorities shall take cognizance of the same, while considering the case of the petitioner.
