2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the Registrar of the Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, who has not fixed the pension and made payment of retiral dues. The petitioner had retired on 31.12.2018 from the post of Associate Professor, Sabour College, Sabour, which is a

Patna High Court CWJC No.10554 of 2023 dt.11-09-2023 2/2 constituent unit of Bhagalpur University.

3. Considering the plight of the petitioner, the Registrar of the Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, is directed to forthwith fix the pension of the petitioner and make payment of admissible retiral dues as claimed for in the present writ petition within a period of three weeks by revising the pay scale and other retiral dues in accordance with law.

4. The petitioner, if so advised, may file a representation to facilitate the redressal of his grievance before the Registrar of the Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petitioner stands disposed of.
