10-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

The petitioner seeks bail in Bachwara P.S. Case No. 37 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that as per F.I.R. itself, specific allegation of causing fire-arm injury is against other co-accused. Petitioner is alleged to be driver of the said motorcycle. Similarly situated co-accused Satish Kumar @ Chhatish Kumar has already been granted bail, vide order dated 29.11.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 51681 of 2021. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 29.07.2021. Chargesheet has been submitted.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
