Petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.T.P.C. Case No. 50 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case during investigation on basis of confessional statement of coaccused. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2. Petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43717 of 2019(4) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018.
