2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 72 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Lal Mohammad (petitioner no. 1) is said to have attacked the deceased with sword. Md. Halim (petitioner no. 2) who has assaulted the informant causing injury. The petitioner no. 1 is in jail since 18.04.2023 and petitioner no. 2 is in jail since 13.04.2023.

4. Considering the direct allegation against petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52221 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 no. 1 namely, Lal Mohammad, his application for bail is dismissed.

5. So far as petitioner no. 2, namely, Md. Halim is concerned, his application for bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner no. 2 namely, Md. Halim be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge SC/ST, Katihar/ concerned Court in connection with Pranpur P.S.
