The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 268 of 2019, registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on the joint prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife, where both parties appeared and settled their

Since the dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 has been settled in terms of memorandum of agreement dated 04.11.2019 which is the part of Mediator's Report dated 04.11.2019, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-XV, Patna, in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S.
