The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 127 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 506, 363, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the victim in her statement, recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C., has not stated the name of this petitioner. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32631 of 2017 (4) dt.29-08-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 127 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
