2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 494, 302, 201 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Informant has alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons killed his sister on 25.11.2022 and concealed/disposed of her dead body.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. No specific allegation has been attributed against this petitioner, who is mother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Sheikhpura in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 198/2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
