3. In view of the reason as mentioned in modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner, namely, Saiyad Alam @ Md. Saiyad Alam and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 21.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17346 of 2025 is extended by two weeks from today.
