2. The petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2013 in connection with Mehndigunj P.S. Case No. 29 of 2010 for the offence alleged under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner being husband of the deceased has been falsely implicated in the case of suicide. The petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. On perusal of the post mortem report, as recorded in the case diary, it discloses ligature mark on the neck of the deceased and cause of death is said to be asphyxia which prima facie appears to support the accusation.

5. Having regard to the nature of allegations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant bail
