Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for modification of the order dated 16.03.2021 to the extent that in cause title village 'Rajandipur Saritnagar' has inadvertently been typed whereas it should have been village 'Rajandipur Santnagar' as the same mistake has occurred in the petition, therefore, he seeks permission to make necessary correction in the body of the petition.

In view of the submission, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction to the extent as stated above. Accordingly, the order dated 16.03.2021
