====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 06-01-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through virtual mode.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 118 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the accused persons assaulted the informant and one Riyazuddin. The allegation against the coaccused Sunil Singh is that he has inflicted knife blow on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1014 of 2021(4) dt.06-01-2022 2/3 neck of the informant and the present petitioner has inflicted knife blow on the stomach of the informant, which hit on the left thigh of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the co-accused Sunil Singh, on the similar ground, has been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench in Cr. Misc No. 40958 of 2020, vide order dated 24.07.2021 and the case of the present petitioner is on similar ground. He has also submitted that the injury report of the informant has been received and the injury sustained by him by hard and sharp objects, is simple in nature.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 118 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this
