The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 260 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity and suspicion. Further submission is that petitioners are women and there is no specific allegation against them. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 260 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
