The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56714 of 2021(4) dt.19-07-2022 2/3 Sections 341, 323, 354, 325, 379, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of outraging the modesty of the informant and when the informant made protest, the accused persons including the petitioners made assault to the informant, her husband and mother-in-law. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners and the informant are next door neighbours and in the background of some petty dispute, this false case has been lodged against the petitioners. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioners' side also received injuries. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedents. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, except petitioner Nos. 5 and 7, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56714 of 2021(4) dt.19-07-2022 3/3 today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 43 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
