The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 435, 379, 504 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. The occurrence took place due to land dispute and both the parties have sustained injuries.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.33035 of 2017 (4) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IX, Gopalganj in connection with Uchakagaon P.S.
