Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-12-2022 Heard Mr. Subhash Kumar Jha, learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 426 of 2020 corresponding to C.R.I. No. 2439 of 2020 dated 02.12.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the stolen motorcycle was recovered from one Jai Narayan Yadav, who has named one Sanjay Kumar Yadav as one of his accomplices. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of aforesaid Sanjay Kumar Yadav.

Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has been granted bail in all other cases in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47575 of 2022(2) dt.16-12-2022 2/2 which he was made accused earlier.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2022. Regard being had to the aforenoted facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 426 of 2020 corresponding to C.R.I. No. 2439 of 2020.
