In this case the petitioner has challenged the order dated 02.04.2011 by which the case of the petitioner has been dismissed holding that he could not make out proper case for interference. It appears that the Tribunal has not applied its mind and disposed of the matter in cryptic manner The order does not show that the Tribunal had made proper consideration, in accordance with law.
