JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 16.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner was removing the cloth of five years old daughter of the informant and when the alarm was raised, the petitioner escaped from the scene. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-
