2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the settlement order of the Bus Stand for collection of Toll Tax for the financial year 2012-13 in favour of respondent no. 4; and for connected reliefs.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the period of settlement of the Bus Stand for the financial year 201213 has already elapsed.

4. In that view of the mater, the prayer in the writ petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time and no positive relief can be granted at this belated stage.
