This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Barh P.S. Case No. 12 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Sections 302 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code were also added.

The deceased was having love affair with one Kajal Kumari, who is the niece of these petitioner. The deceased was killed because of the love affair and during investigation it has

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
