Petitioner seeks bail in Barhara (Raghuvanshnagar) P.S. Case No.62 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 120-B/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. It is mentioned in the impugned order that name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of Rajendra Ojha and Maharaj Singh. Except the aforesaid confessional statements, there is no allegation of any other specific overt act against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2019.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Purnea, in connection with Barhara (Raghubanshnagar) P.S. Case No.62 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
