1. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 .

2. It is submitted on behalf of the State and the informant that petitioner has been declared absconder and processes of sections 82 and 83 have been initiated against him to ensure their appearance in the Court.
