The petitioner seeks bail in Chanpatiya (Sirisiya) OP P.S. Case No. 117 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a), 30(b) and 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

20 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent of similar nature and he is in custody since 25.06.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56929 of 2021(2) dt.17-12-2021 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatiya (Sirisiya) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2021, once the charge is framed in the case.
