Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are certain typographical errors in the judgment dated 13.10.2017 passed by this Court. He submitted that in judgment dated 13.10.2017, the details of the case in the third line of the header at page 1 has been incorrectly filled up. He submitted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31634 of 2012 (9) dt.02-11-2017 that in para 2 at page 2 in the second line and in para 22 at page 15, the complaint case number has wrongly been typed as '1171 of 2011' in place of '1711 of 2011' and in para 6 at page 5 in the sixth line from the top, the year '2012' has wrongly been typed in place of '2010'.
Learned counsel for the State admitted that these are all typographical errors and the State has no objection if the same are corrected.
On perusal of the record, I find the contentions of the petitioner to be correct. In that view of the matter, in the judgment dated 13.10.2017 in the third line of the header at page 1 let the details of the case typed as 'arising out of P.S. Case No.1711 year-2011 Thana-null District-Jamui' be read as 'arising out of Complaint Case No.1711, Year-2011, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jamui'. Similarly, in para 2 at page 2 and in para 22 at page 15, 'Complaint Case No.1171 of 2011' be read as 'Complaint Case No.1711 of 2011'.
