In the present case, the petitioner is seeking relief for regularisation of his service working with the Executive Engineer, Drainage and Investigation Division, Ratwara, Muzaffarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a Sweeper discharging the duty part-time regularly. He has been paid wages regularly and submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.4118 of 2013 (5) dt.19-01-2016 his case should be considered for regularisation. Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner is a part-time Sweeper attached with the Executive Engineer must be working for livelihood elsewhere.

Be that as it may, the petitioner may file a detailed representation to the authority concerned raising his grievance and authority will pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production a of a coy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
