That, by way of this writ petition, the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for the issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or an appropriate writ, direction or directions, order or orders commanding the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from the government land, appertaining to Khata No. 125, Tauji No. 445,

Patna High Court CWJC No.10586 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 Thana No. 111, Mauja-Rampur kala having an area of two Bigha, in which Primary school Kalarampur is situated in part of the land and rest of the land is used as an open field of the school, which is encroached by several persons including respondent No. 8."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 7 i.e. the Circle Officer, Jamalpur, DistrictMunger, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
