JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 02-08-2017 This criminal miscellaneous has been filed for modification in the order dated 03.05.2017 on behalf of Jayjay Ram by submitting that petitioner has fallen ill, resulting, he could not surrender within time given by this Court. Now, he is ready to surrender within fortnight.

The learned A.P.P. does not oppose the prayer of modification.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner Jayjay Ram is directed to surrender in the Court below within fortnight from date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and then he shall be released on bail on the terms and conditions as per order dated 03.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13649 of 2017 and accordingly this criminal miscellaneous is hereby allowed.
