2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of a direction, order or writ, including a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities to allow the petitioner to participate in the interview for the post of Assistant Professor being conducted by the Commission.

(ii) For issuance of a direction, order or writ, including a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities to allow the petitioner to pay the remaining Application fee so as to enable him to participate in the interview.

(iii) For issuance any other relief/reliefs which it

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents nos. 2 and 3 and in para-4 it is stated that the Commission has issued a call letter informing the petitioner that date of interview for Math subject has been scheduled on 26.07.2024 at B.S.U.S.C. 8th Floor, BSEB building (Admin Bank) Budh Marg, Patna-01, Bihar, which has been received by the petitioner on 25.07.2024 and the petitioner has appeared in the interview.

4. As the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, this writ application has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.

5. The Bihar State University Service Commission is directed not to withhold the result of the petitioner due to nonpayment of remaining application fee. If the Commission requires it, the petitioner is ready to pay the same i.e. Rs.225/-. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) anand/- U
