Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33428 of 2015(4) dt.13-03-2023 2/2 Bikramganj, Rohtas in Complaint Case No. 645 of 2014 whereby the Court below issued processes under Sections 323, 379 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
