The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Maniyari P.S.Case No. 86 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 224, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the informant and the petitioner no.1 are full brothers and prior to the institution of the present FIR the petitioners side had instituted several cases against the informant and his family members as also the fact that the injured son of the informant had sustained only simple injury, in the event
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46064 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S.Case No. 86 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
