2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 385, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons including the petitioner threatened the informant and also took away articles of Sai Clinic.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint was filed without the signature of the complainant. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has neither abused, threatened the informant or anyone else nor taken away any articles from Sai Clinic.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st class, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S.
