The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kiul P.S. Case No. 71 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the victim has committed suicide by hanging herself. Moreover, the F.I.R. has been lodged against six unknown accused persons but the police during investigation found the case true under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code and charge-sheet has also been submitted under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3116 of 2021(2) dt.17-06-2021 2/2 therefore, no case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Kiul P.S. Case No. 71 of 2020.
