The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rail Bihar Sharif P.S. Case No.01 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have committed murder of the daughter of the informant, due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry along with other co-accused persons.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that petitioner is

It is submitted that no specific allegation as regard to demand of dowry and assault has been levelled against this petitioner. It is submitted that the dispute between the parties has already been settled through an Ekrarnama (mutual agreement) dated 28.12.2023. It is submitted that the husband of the deceased is in custody. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 28.03.2024.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Rail Bihar Sharif P.S. Case No.01 of 2024 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-XXIV, Patna.
