Admittedly, petitioner no.1 is father-in-law whereas petitioner no.2 is younger brother-in-law of the deceased. It is also admitted position that marriage of deceased had taken place five years ago and when the informant met the deceased about 15 days ago prior to her death, deceased disclosed that she was not feeling well due to her ailment. The dead body of deceased has already been disposed of.

Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Piro P.S.
