JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-07-2018 Present writ application has been filed in the year 2015 for issuance of a direction to the respondent authorities for recovery of the minor daughter of the petitioner from custody of respondent nos. 9 to 11 who have kidnapped the daughter of the petitioner, for which First Informant Report bearing Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014 dated 25.07.2014 under Sections 366(A)/334 of the India Penal Code has been registered. This Court has published notice in the daily cause list requesting the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State to come prepared in the old cases with information as to the

However, when the matter is called out no one appears to press this application. Learned counsel for the State is present.

In the nature of relief prayed in the writ application, since no one is appearing on behalf of the petitioner despite there being notice, this Court is in impression that the petitioner now is not interested in the matter.

The writ application is, therefore, disposed of as having become infructuous.
