Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on 10.03.2021, bail was granted to the petitioner but in the order sheet Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 601 of 2020 has been typed in place of Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 178 of 2020 due to typographical error in the prayer portion of the bail application.

In view of the above submission, in the last paragraph of the order dated 10.03.2021, let the reference "Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 601 of 2020" be corrected to be read as"Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 178 of 2020". Accordingly, the order dated 10.03.2021 is rectified to the above extent.
