This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Nagar (Lohiyanagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 210 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the informant has filed a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56697 of 2021(3) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 counter affidavit giving in detail the suppression made by the petitioners about their antecedents.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawing this anticipatory bail application.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
