The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 222 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 376, 511, 354(A) and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that entire allegation is false and frivolous and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case only because he had participated in the compromise which was arrived at between the family of the informant, who had been raising a demand for dowry. It is further submitted that for the said reason, he has been implicated in this case and none other persons of the same family has become a witness though the event is of the mid-

All the witnesses named in the first information report are outsider/co-villagers, who for the reason could not have been present at the place of occurrence Considering there being a distinct cloud on the prosecution story, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. - II, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 222 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further conditions:-
1. One of the bailors will be his own blood relative, preferably, father, mother, son, brother, sister and/or his wife.
2. The petitioner shall not indulge himself in any similar offence till conclusion of the trial.
3. The petitioner shall remain physically present in Court on each and every date during trial and in the event of his failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.

4. The petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation, if not already concluded, and make himself available as and when so required and in case of failure, the State shall be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
