Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in Lalganj P.S. Case No. 77/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/324/307/302/504/ 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are said to have assaulted the deceased and

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is case and counter case between the parties and the fight took place in which the deceased died and the injured sustained injury. It has been further submitted that in counter case chargesheet has been submitted by the police and, therefore, her version has also been found.

Considering the fact that one person has been killed and other has sustained injury, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed. Petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks from today.
